Chef Claudio Lacatus, certified by Gambero Rosso, cooks typical Roman dishes using locally-sourced, fresh, and quality ingredients.
He has great respect for traditional cuisine and famous dishes such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana, Saltimbocca alla Romana, and many others, but also looks to the future by bringing reinterpretations and innovations to local cuisine.
